Here is the full scan for the document trying to figure out the name of the town. Sorry, best copy I could get from LDS. The church is located in Korczew. Originally, we thought it could be Lipina, but in my opinion, too far away. We didn’t see Lipno until you guys mentioned it, and it makes sense thats what it could be, since its much closer. But if you think its anything else, please let me know.

Can anybody make out the name of the birth town?
I’m pretty sure I misspelled the name on genforum, so I scanned it in and maybe somebody can figure out what it is.
